2 tablespoons of lime juice

In a blender, blend the avocado pulp, milk, sugar, heavy cream without the whey and lime juice until very smooth
Distribute this cream into individual portions, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled
Garnish with thin slices of lime and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving
Serve this dessert well-chilled.
