Butter (for greasing)
1 cup of condensed milk (300g)
1 cup of heavy cream (240ml)
3 lightly beaten eggs
1 cup of fresh coconut, grated (130g)
1 cup of chocolate powder (90g) sifted

Preheat the oven to 180oC (medium)
Grease a 9-inch round baking dish with butter
Set aside
In a bowl, mix together condensed milk, heavy cream, and egg
Spread 1 1/2 cups of that mixture into the prepared baking dish (reserve the rest) and bake for 5 minutes
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated coconut
Combine chocolate powder with the reserved mixture and stir well
Pour over the coconut
Return to the oven and bake until firm (about 15 minutes)
Serve warm or at room temperature
