1 envelope of unflavored gelatin

1 cup (cha) of sweetened condensed milk
1 cup (cha) of melted semi-sweet chocolate

1/2 cup (cha) of melted butter

In a small heatproof bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over the water and let it sit for 5 minutes to hydrate
Then, place the bowl in a pot of simmering water and stir until the gelatin dissolves
Set aside
In a medium-sized bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, melted chocolate, milk, butter, and reserved gelatin
Stir until smooth
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm

Just before serving, blend in a blender to achieve a creamy texture, then serve with fruit or chocolate sauce.
