1 cup of water

100g of nuts.
Topping:
200g of semi-sweet chocolate chips

Heat a pot with the water and butter over medium heat until it starts to boil
Add the flour, stirring well
Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until the dough comes away from the pot
Remove from heat and transfer to a bowl
Beat in the eggs one at a time until the mixture is smooth
Transfer to a piping bag and pipe the profiteroles
Place them on a greased baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes
Filling: In a pot, combine the milk, cornstarch, egg yolks, sugar, and cook over medium heat, stirring until thickened
Let cool slightly, then mix in the cream of milk and nuts
Fill the profiteroles
Melt the chocolate topping and drizzle over the profiteroles, finishing with chopped nuts
