Peel the mangoes and remove the pits
Process half the mango in a blender or food processor, then strain it
Chop the remaining mango into small cubes
Beat the egg yolks with sugar until light and fluffy
Add the pureed mango and small mango pieces
Season with lime juice and brandy
Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold them gently into the cream
Serve in cups, garnishing with whipped cream and pecans if desired
Chill for 6 hours
