Peel the mangoes and pears, slice into thin pieces, place in a saucepan and add to taste
Bring to a simmer over medium heat, cover, and let cook until the fruits are tender and the syrup has almost completely reduced
Remove from heat and let cool slightly
Blend the pear, mango, passion fruit, and pineapple in a blender until smooth
Reduce speed and gradually add the heavy cream, blending until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency
Serve chilled and refrigerate until ready to serve.
