Dough
500g all-purpose flour
150g vegetable shortening
150g unsalted butter
3 egg yolks
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup cold water

1 package of confectioner's cream (available at supermarkets)
100g white chocolate
1/4 cup chopped strawberry
1/4 cup chopped blackberry
1/4 cup chopped raspberry
1/4 cup chopped apricot

Dough
1 Preheat the oven to 180°C
On a clean surface, make a mound with the flour and create a hole in the center
Combine the shortening and butter into small pieces, the egg yolks and salt
Mix well with hands and add water gradually
Let it rest for 15 minutes
2 Roll out the dough to fit a tart pan and cover the bottom with coffee grounds
Bake until lightly golden. Reserve
Filling
1 Prepare the cream according to the manufacturer's instructions
Let it cool down
Melt the chocolate and brush it over the cold dough
2 Spread the cream and distribute the mixed fruits, carefully not crushing them
Serve immediately within four hours.
