In a mixer, beat the eggs
Add the milk and mix well
In a saucepan, combine the sugar with water
Bring to a boil and let thicken
Remove from heat and let cool
Mix in the slightly beaten eggs and grated coconut
Place in a hollowed-out caramelized mold and put into a baking dish with boiling water
Bake in moderate temperature (170°C) in a water bath until firm
