2 rounded tablespoons of cornstarch
1 pinch of salt
8 eggs
For the caramel
2 cups of granulated sugar, Doçaria
1 cup of water
For the pudding

Prepare the pudding
Fry the sugar with water until it reaches the thread stage
Add the butter and let it cool
Mix the cupuaçu pulp with cornstarch and salt using a blender
Add the warm syrup and lightly beaten eggs
Mix well
Place the pudding in a prepared mold with caramel
Bake the pudding in a water bath
Prepare the caramel
Put the sugar in a pan with water
Fry until it reaches the caramel stage
Cover the entire interior of the mold with this syrup, using a spoon.
