Orange Pudding

In a blender, beat the orange juice with the egg yolks

Place this mixture in a saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring until slightly thickened

Meanwhile, mix the gelatin with water and let it sit for 1 minute

Add the gelatin and powdered pudding mix to the orange juice mixture

Remove from heat and stir well until the gelatin dissolves

Let cool slightly and refrigerate

Beat the egg whites until frothy and fold into the orange pudding

Stir gently until combined

Refrigerate.
