For the dough
2 cups all-purpose flour (240 g)
2 eggs
1/2 cup granulated sugar (90 g)
1/2 cup unsalted butter (100 g)
1 teaspoon active dry yeast
2 tablespoons water
For the filling
1 cup condensed milk (300 g)
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips (45 g)
600 g fresh strawberries (for decoration)

Preheat oven to 200°C (hot)
Prepare the dough: process all ingredients until smooth
Line a non-stick springform pan with parchment paper, 29 cm in diameter
Bake in preheated oven for about 40 minutes or until golden brown
Remove and let cool
Prepare the filling: In a medium saucepan, heat the condensed milk and chocolate chips over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened (about 10 minutes)
Remove from heat and let cool
Spread the filling over the cooled dough, reshape, and before serving, arrange fresh strawberries on top

Note: This cake can be prepared a day in advance
Keep in refrigerator in same shape, covered with plastic wrap or aluminum foil, and decorate with fresh strawberries just before serving.
