2 cups of wheat flour

3/4 cup of sugar
1 tablespoon of grated lime zest
1/2 teaspoon of active dry yeast
2 eggs
1 large ripe peach, sliced thinly

Beat the butter with the sugar until it forms a creamy mixture
Add the eggs and beat for another minute or so
Mix the yeast with the flour and add them to the egg mixture
Add the grated lime zest and beat well
Preheat the oven to high heat
Grease the cake pan and spread the mixture evenly
Arrange the peach slices slightly overlapping, in circles, on top of the mixture
Dust with sugar and bake for 45 minutes or until lightly golden brown
Let it cool and, if desired, dust with more sugar over the cake
