3 French pears
1/2 cup (chalice) of orange juice
1/2 cup (chalice) of milk
3 eggs
6 tablespoons of sugar
6 tablespoons of milk in powder
1 chalice (cup) of water
1 tablespoon of orange blossom water
5 tablespoons of sugar
1 chalice (cup) of raisins
3 French pears
1/2 cup (chalice) of orange juice

Cut the pears into slices and soak them in milk
Put the eggs, sugar, milk in powder, water, orange blossom water, orange juice, and well-drained pear into a blender
Blend until smooth and reserve
Melt 5 tablespoons of sugar and spread it over a mold with a hole in the middle
Place the raisins at the bottom of the mold and pour in the pudding mixture
Bake in a medium oven preheated to medium heat, or until, when you insert a stick, it comes out clean
Unmold while cold.
