Preparation:
Step 1: Preheat the oven to medium temperature
In a pan, caramelize the milk in water
Place it in the pudding mold and reserve
Step 2: Beat the condensed milk, milk, eggs, cornstarch, and coconut in a blender and pour into the mold
Bake in a bain-marie for 50 minutes
Step 3: After it's ready, let it cool down and unmold
Sprinkle caramel on top, add grated chocolate, and decorate with red fruit
