Preheat the oven to 350°F
Line a baking dish with parchment paper and grease it lightly
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of sugar on the bottom of the dish
Cut the peaches into slices about 2 cm thick, each one
Arrange the peach slices at the bottom of the prepared baking dish
In a blender, combine the milk, eggs, and granulated sugar
Blend until smooth
Add the lime zest to the mixture and pour it over the peaches
Bake in a water bath for 30 minutes
Let cool slightly before unmolding.
