Prepare the gelatin with half the water indicated on the packaging
In a blender, blend the gelatin, half the gooseberries without syrup, cream of milk, condensed milk, and cream cheese
Pour into an oiled mold with a little oil and water, and cover with the remaining gooseberries cut into cubes
Refrigerate until firm
Unmold and serve.
