Bring 1/2 cup of sugar to a low heat and let it caramelize until it forms an amber color
Remove from heat and spread in a pudding mold. Reserve
Mash the fresh cheese with a fork and place it in a blender
Add the eggs, remaining sugar, flour, condensed milk, and milk
Blend until smooth and creamy
Pour into the pudding mold and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 1 hour and 30 minutes or until firm to the touch
Remove from the oven and let it cool completely
Demold onto a serving plate and serve chilled
