Bring 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour to a low heat and let it caramelize until it forms a brown crust
Remove from heat and spread evenly at the bottom and sides of a hollowed-out mold. Reserve
Mash fresh cheese with a fork and place in a blender
Add eggs, remaining flour, condensed milk, and milk
Blend until smooth and creamy
Pour into reserved mold and bake in a medium preheated oven with water bath for about 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until firm
Remove from oven and let cool completely
Dismantle over a serving dish and serve chilled.
