Blend the condensed milk and yogurt in a blender until well combined, then pour into a greased round baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 200°F (90°C) in a water bath for about half an hour or until a knife inserted into the center of the pudding comes out clean
Remove from the oven and let cool
Once cooled, refrigerate until chilled
Do not unmold
Just before serving, drizzle with rose syrup or liqueur and garnish with edible rose petals
