Light Orange Pudding

Name: Light Orange Pudding
Ingredients: 5 egg yolks; 5 tablespoons of sugar; 2 tablespoons of grated orange peel; 2 cups of milk

Ingredients

In a saucepan, whisk together the egg yolks and sugar

Add the grated orange peel

Heat the milk to just below boiling

Pour the warm milk slowly over the egg yolk mixture, whisking vigorously until well combined

Pour into individual glass molds and place in a hot water bath

Bake in a moderate oven for about 20 minutes

Remove from the hot water bath and let cool

Refrigerate and serve chilled.
