Beat the eggs slightly, then add the sugar and salt

Place the milk in a water bath and add the chocolate

Add vanilla and a pinch of nutmeg if desired
Grease a 1-liter capacity mold with butter or cooking spray

The pudding is ready when a knife inserted into the center comes out clean
If you want a more nutritious pudding, use half the milk and substitute it with heavy cream
Place the pudding in the refrigerator to chill completely before serving
