half a packet of beer yeast
a half-cup of warm milk
a pinch of salt
6 passionfruits in syrup or fresh
4 tablespoons of passionfruit jelly
4 tablespoons of yogurt

Beat the butter or margarine until creamy and add sugar gradually to obtain a clear and light mixture
Add eggs one at a time, followed by sifted flour
Add yeast dissolved in warm milk
Pour half the dough into a greased and floured pan
Top the dough with sliced passionfruits and passionfruit jelly, covering it completely
Pour the remaining dough and top with yogurt, sprinkling with plenty of sweet breadcrumbs
Bake in a hot oven for 5 minutes and then, gently, for 40 minutes.
