Mix the bread, sugar, zest, and lemon juice
Add the melted butter
Beat the whites until stiff and pale
Add the milk and pour everything over the bread mixture
Fold in the beaten whites
Pour into a greased 1 1/2 liter mold
Bake in a moderate oven for 30 minutes
Serve warm, and serve 6 portions.
