Melt the butter or margarine
Add the onion and fry until lightly browned
Add the flour and mix well for 1 minute
Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly
Add the drained corn and seasonings
Add a little of this hot mixture to the eggs and mix well
Add the remaining corn mixture
Mix well
Place in greased molds
Place the molds in a baking dish
Add a little water and bake at a low temperature (150°C) until inserting a knife into the center of the mold comes out clean
Let cool before removing from molds
Yield 12 molds.
