Cut off the ends of the bananas
Cook them with their skins still on, until they're very tender and the skins start to crack open
Remove the bananas from the heat, while still hot, and peel them
Blend the bananas in a blender with the milk and heavy cream
The perfect consistency is when it's thick like a pudding.
