3 carrots, cut into cubes
1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 cup (American) of milk
1/4 cup (teaspoon) of butter
Salt and black pepper to taste

Boil the carrots in water and salt until they are tender
Drain and transfer to a blender
Add the milk and blend until a purée forms
Add the parsley and blend for another moment
Pour the purée into a saucepan and heat over low heat
Remove from heat, add the butter, season with salt and black pepper
Blend vigorously for two minutes and serve immediately.
