Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions
Drain and reserve
Blend the corn in a blender with water, strain and reserve the bagasse
Sauté the onion and garlic in oil, add the bagasse of corn, cooked macaroni, salt, and simmer
Add this mixture to a blender, combine with milk, and blend
Melt the butter, add the mixture from the blender, and let it thicken
Sprinkle sauce and serve hot
