In a saucepan, combine the sweet potato, milk, butter, mozzarella cheese, salt, and pepper
Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly
Let it cool down
In a greased baking dish, place half of the purée, arrange the slices of mortadela on top, and cover with the remaining purée
Dust with Parmesan cheese, parsley or cilantro, and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes
Serve immediately.
