1 bunch broccoli (700 g), separated into florets

Cook the broccoli in milk until it's tender but still firm, then remove and set aside
Add the milk, cornmeal flakes, and cook, stirring, until the mixture forms a ball at the bottom of the pan
Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese and cooked broccoli
Mix well and season
Grease a baking dish with oil and spread the mixture
Bake in a hot oven (200°C) for 20 minutes or until golden brown
Remove from the oven and drizzle with a little olive oil
Let cool, then cut into small squares
Yield: 30 pieces.
