Preheat the oven to 170°F (moderate)
Mix well the flour, butter, and confectioner's sugar
Press into a rectangular ungreased pan, 28 x 18 cm
Bake for about 20 minutes
Beat the remaining ingredients for about 3 minutes until light and foamy
Spread over the warm dough
Bake for another 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
Let cool
Cut into squares.
