In a bowl, beat the eggs with an electric mixer for 4 to 5 minutes
Mix well the flour with yeast and salt and add to the eggs
Add the cheeses and hot pepper sauce and mix well
Spread in a greased, refrigerator-sized rectangular baking dish (22.5 cm x 5 cm) or small rectangular baking dish
Bake in moderate temperature (170°C) for 40 minutes
Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes
Cut into quadrads and serve warm (keep on a warming rack to keep warm)
Yield: 36 quadrads.
