Mix all ingredients well and reserve

Combine the flour, granulated sugar, and salt in a bowl
Add the cold butter and mix until crumbly with your fingertips

Assemble the pastry in the bottom of the form and bake at medium temperature for about 30 minutes or until lightly browned

Pour the cream cheese topping on top, increase the oven temperature, and bake for another 20 minutes
Let it cool completely before cutting into squares.
