Mix the shredded coconut with the confectioners' sugar, add the melted butter or margarine and mix well
Line the bottom and sides of a 20 cm diameter cake pan greased with oil with this dough
Refrigerate for 1 hour until firm
If you're using packaged dry coconut, follow the package instructions to rehydrate it
