Dough: Mix together the flour, confectioner's sugar, salt, and butter until smooth
Transfer to a greased pan and bake in a medium oven until lightly browned. Reserve
Filling: Beat the eggs well and add the confectioner's sugar
Beat again and add the lemon zest, lemon juice, and mix well
Sift the flour and baking powder over the mixture and stir until uniform
Pour into the dough and bake in a medium oven for 25 minutes, approximately
Dust with confectioner's sugar and cut into squares.
