Cut the cheese into cubes
Peel the garlic and slice it
Mash a little bit of black pepper
Remove the lime skin without the white part
Squeeze the lime
Place the cheese, garlic, chives, black pepper, and lime skin in a glass container that can be closed
Mix the olive oil with the lime juice and drizzle over the cheese
Close the container and refrigerate for 2 days or more
Serve as an appetizer with white bread.
