Using a cookie cutter, cut out the chicken slices with a 7 cm diameter
Brush the melted butter onto the cut-out chicken slices
Place each slice on a mini muffin tin liner (the side coated with butter in contact with the liner)
Adjust the chicken to the bottom and edges of the liner
Bake at moderate heat until the chicken is golden brown
Remove from oven, demold, and fill each puff with your desired filling
Make 12 puffs.
