1 package of 250g spaghetti
A finely chopped onion
2.5 cups cooked tomato
A tablespoon of oregano
.5 cup cooked chicken, diced
1 cup sautéed mushrooms
A small clove garlic
Two tablespoons fat
Salt and pepper
A pinch paprika
Shredded cheese

Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water until it's tender
Drain and set aside
Sauté the onion and garlic in fat until softened, but not browned
Add the tomatoes, oregano, salt, pepper, and paprika
Bring to a simmer, then add the chicken and mushrooms, and spoon over the spaghetti
Mix with a fork
Dust with shredded cheese and bake in a moderate oven until the mixture is hot and the cheese is melted
Serves 6.
