2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut in half
1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
1 1/2 teaspoons of calabrian pepper flakes
2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
2 tablespoons of butter
1 red onion thinly sliced
1/2 cup of orange juice
3 tablespoons of soy sauce (shoyu)
2 tablespoons of oil
2 navel oranges peeled and cut into slices

1 Season the chicken with salt, calabrian pepper flakes, and sesame seeds
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add the chicken breasts
Fry for five minutes on each side or until golden brown
Remove the chicken and transfer to a plate
2 Preheat the oven to 400°F
In the same skillet used to fry the chicken, cook the onion for three minutes
Add the orange juice, soy sauce, and oil, and let it simmer for two minutes
Combine the sliced oranges, chicken, and sauce, and bake in the oven for ten minutes
Serve hot.
