2 cubes of chicken broth
1 tablespoon of Jamaican jerk seasoning
2 cups of cream
2 tablespoons of chopped onion

Heat the cream and add the chicken broth cubes
Stir until they dissolve
Fry the onion in butter for 5 minutes or until it's soft
Add the flour and mix well
Combine the cream mixture with the onion mixture and cook until it thickens, stirring constantly
Mix the cream with the Jamaican jerk seasoning
Let it simmer in low heat until the cheese melts
Serve warm with shrimp or chicken cubes
