Wash the okra and remove the stems
Cut it into 1 cm pieces and reserve
In a large refrigerator container, combine the beef, onion, garlic, tomato, olive oil, salt, and red pepper flakes; mix well
Cover with a proprietary lid or plastic wrap leaving a small opening
Cook in a microwave at high power until the meat is tender (around 20 minutes), stirring halfway through
Add the reserved okra and cumin; mix well, cover, and cook at high power until the okra is tender (around 10 minutes), stirring halfway through
