1 1/2 cups of wheat flour for quibe
3 cups of water
1/2 cup of finely chopped onion
1 1/2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
500g of pork or beef, lean and ground
1/2 tablespoon of salt
1 tablespoon of ground black pepper (bahar) or thyme, well-grounded
Oil for frying

1 Soak the wheat flour and let it sit for an hour
Drain and squeeze out excess liquid
Combine the remaining ingredients and mix until a smooth dough forms
2 Use your fingers to take a portion of the mixture and shape into quibes
Heat the oil and fry the quibes until golden brown and evenly cooked.
