Soak the bread in water for 1 hour
Drain and squeeze out as much liquid as possible using a clean cloth
Mix with the remaining ingredients until you get a homogeneous mixture
Shape the cube steaks with about 1 tablespoon of the mixture
Fry in hot oil at 3 cm depth until golden brown
Drain on paper towels
If desired, serve with lemon wedges
Makes approximately 45 cube steaks
Note: You can freeze and fry frozen just before serving.
