Let the meat marinate in vinegar water
Change the water a few times and cook the meat until it's done
Tear off the skin and fat, and cut into small pieces
Set aside
Sauté the onion, garlic, and pepper in butter, then add the meat, cover the pan as needed
When the meat is almost cooked to your liking, add the abobora and let it cook while you taste and thicken the sauce
The quibebe pairs well with white rice and lettuce salad.
