In a bowl, combine the flour, butter, egg, and salt
Mix until homogeneous, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes
Use this dough to line the bottom and sides of a quiche dish
Filling:
Heat the olive oil in a pan, sauté the garlic, then add the carrots and cook for three minutes
Add the broccoli and cook for another three minutes
Season with oregano and remove from heat
Beat the eggs in a blender and mix with heavy cream
Place the vegetables on the dough, distribute the cheeses, and top with the egg mixture
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 45 minutes.
