In a bowl, combine the butter, wheat flour, and salt
Mix until a soft dough forms that's easy to handle
Line the bottom and sides of a removable-bottom pie crust with a diameter of 22 cm
Poke the dough with a fork and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes
Filling:
In a skillet, melt the butter, add the raccoon meat, and cook for 5 minutes
Remove from heat, add the mozzarella cheese and mayonnaise
Mix well
Place on top of the dough and bake again until golden.
