Cut the eggplant into slices and soak both sides of each slice in milk, without letting it disintegrate
If you want, add a little cinnamon to the milk
Beat the whole eggs and soak the eggplant slices in the mixture
Fry the eggplant in hot grease and drain
Garnish the slices with cherries, honey, and chopped nuts.
