2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 small onion, finely chopped
250g of ground pork
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of grated ginger
1/4 cup of black currant juice seeds
1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley

Fry the garlic and onion in olive oil until they are lightly browned
Add the ground pork
Season to taste
Brown the meat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
Add 1/2 cup of water and cook until the liquid evaporates
Add the grated ginger and currants
Cook over medium heat until the meat is lightly browned
Add the flour
Mix well
Add 1/4 cup of water and continue mixing until the mixture thickens
Remove from heat
Add the chopped parsley
Mix well.
