2 medium onions finely chopped

Fry the onion in olive oil until it's soft and golden brown
Add the bacon and fry for an additional 2 minutes
Place the breadcrumbs, thyme, and rosemary in a bowl
Add the salt and pepper
Then add the fried onion and bacon with the fat
Mix well
Finally add the beaten eggs
If the filling becomes slightly dry, you can add a little milk.
