2 cups of water
1 handful of sage
A pinch and a squeeze of lime to taste

Mash the sage with a kitchen mallet until the fibers are well-retarded
Add the water to a blender and combine with the mashed sage
Blend for 2 minutes
Strain through a fine-mesh sieve
Sweeten to taste and serve, garnished with a few drops of lime
