In a large skillet, melt the butter, add the cabbage and onion
When the cabbage starts to wilt, add the vinegar, salt, black pepper, and caraway seeds mixed together
Stir well and remove from heat when the cabbage is cooked but still crisp
Serve hot for 8 servings.
